- Free returns if the fit is wrong, for as long as the membership runs. Nothing to weigh up before you press buy.

- Everything we make for the club

BEFORE YOU DO
Can I cancel?
Yes, from your own account, any time after the third month. The plan has a three month minimum — $36 — and that is enforced at checkout rather than hidden in it.
Why is there a minimum at all?
Because the tote goes out immediately and costs more than the first month. The minimum is what lets the gift be a gift rather than a discount. It is not there to trap anybody, and it ends after three months.
What if I am already a member?
Then a tote is reserved for you too. Nobody who has been paying longer gets less than somebody who joined today — that would be a strange way to thank the people who were here first.
When does the tote ship?
With the next post after you join, or alongside your next order if you have one on the way.
Is the tote sold anywhere else?
No. It is not in the shop, it is not in a collection, and there is no page to buy it from. Being in the club is the only way to hold one.
How often does a gift turn up?
When there is something worth sending. We are not going to invent a parcel to hit a schedule, and we are not going to promise a month.
What is promised is simpler: anything made for the club goes to members, free, while the membership is active. The tote is the first of those.
How does the early access work?
You get the drop link a day before it goes public, and the shop is open to you for those twenty-four hours.
It is not a discount on the drop, and nothing is reserved — stock is first come, first served like everything else. It is simply a day's head start on everybody who is not in.
